Operation Tenets
(These are the non-negotiable ethical and legal commitments that serve as the blueprint for how we govern our ministry and translate our faith into responsible, real-world action)
Freedom of Belief
(The Abolition Goal)
We hold the defense of Freedom of Belief as a non-negotiable, fundamental human right. Our lifelong goal is the abolition of the death penalty for apostasy everywhere it exists, viewing such laws as a profound violation of human dignity and international law. In pursuit of this goal, we have founded and operate two essential programs for change: the Freedom of Belief Coalition (FBC) and the Apostasy Defense Fund (ADF).
Legal Integrity and Non-Violence
All of our advocacy and legal action—including the development of briefs and collaboration with international partners—is conducted with absolute adherence to legal ethics and non-violent means. We seek systemic change through scholarly influence and legal procedure, not political coercion and aggression.
Interfaith Respect and Collaboration
We commit to advocating for human rights for all individuals, regardless of their belief, background, or religious identity. We maintain an intentional stance of universal respect and collaborate strategically with scholars, activists, and legal groups from every religious and secular tradition to achieve the abolition of the death penalty for apostasy.
Transparency and Accountability
We are committed to full transparency in our financial management and organizational strategy. We will ensure accountability to our donors, partners, and the global community we serve through clear reporting on the impact of the Apostasy Defense Fund's success in saving lives and our advocacy wins.
Theological Tenets
(These core beliefs guide our intellectual outreach and provide the moral basis for our advocacy work)
The Historical Case for Jesus
We hold that the life, death, and resurrection of Jesus Christ are the single most coherent and compelling explanation for the human condition—the empty space in every heart, the guilt that burdens us, and the rest that the world cannot provide.
The Nature of God and Goodness
We affirm a belief in one God, eternal, infinite, and perfect in love and justice. We hold that objective moral goodness and human dignity are rooted in the transcendent nature of God.
The Authority of Scripture
We believe the canonical Scriptures of the Old and New Testaments are divinely inspired, trustworthy, and the authoritative guide for Christian faith and life.
Engaging Skepticism with Integrity
We view the curious atheist, agnostic, or skeptic not as a target for conversion, but as a partner on a shared quest for meaning. We are committed to presenting the case for faith using rigorous logic, sound history, and evidence, maintaining an environment of mutual respect and intellectual honesty.
